Early Music School for Kids and Families


The workshop is recommended for children from 8 years old and is ideal for parents who are planning to go to Early Music Morella and who wish their children to have a first contact with early music or to strengthen the one that may already be germinating in them.

During one week, the participants will be able to enjoy and learn with different didactic and ludic activities: they will know and learn stories, songs, dances, games and medieval tales. They will have the opportunity to see, play and listen to a large number of ancient musical instruments, and much more. 

She has a degree in music, specialising in musical language, music theory, transposition and accompaniment. She also holds teaching qualifications in Piano and Singing. She is a civil servant in the body of teachers, qualified in the specialities of primary education, music and English. She collaborates with the Ministry of Education within the SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education) and works in the field of Erasmus+ projects as an evaluator, being part of the panel of experts of this service since 2019. He has received several awards for academic performance, such as the collaboration scholarship with the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona, in the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology, or the “Fundación Caja Benicarló” academic excellence award for obtaining honours in all subjects in the last year of his studies. She has also received scholarships for training stays, the last of which has taken place in the INTEF’s Aula del Futuro, in Madrid. She has a Master’s degree in Management and Direction of Educational Centres and has given numerous lectures and teacher training courses in collaboration with the CEFIRES of the Regional Ministry of Education. He regularly participates in European educational programmes, with which he has carried out training stays in countries such as France, Greece, Poland and Finland. He has directed several educational innovation programmes in coordination with Special Education centres and Conservatories. He has also participated in numerous educational projects linked to musical performances and the Palacio de la Música de València, among others. He has conducted children’s, youth and adult choirs for more than ten years. He has been a member of the vocal octet Octàmbuli, the chamber choir Amalthea, has sung for more than 25 years in the CPB and is currently a member of the choir of the Valencian Federation (FECOCOVA), the women’s choir Al oído and the group Demeter’s project. She has performed numerous operas as a chorister with soloists such as Plácido Domingo and Violeta Urmana. The last artistic production in which she participated was the opera “La Madrugada” by Felip Pedrell, in the auditorium of Tortosa. She has sung in numerous emblematic venues such as the Palau de les Arts or the Palau de la Música de Cataluña and has travelled throughout Spain and abroad (Hungary, Poland, Japan,…) under important conductors such as Fabio Biondi, H. Becket or R. Alessandrini.
